Globalpark announces solid growth in first quarter as companies invest in real-time insight



New York / London, May 18th 2009: Globalpark announced strong performance for the first quarter of 2009, with revenue just under $3.5 million (just over €2.5 million). The company achieved solid growth across its global operations, and reported a tripling of revenue in North America compared with the same period last year.

Half of marketing leaders plans to tap into consumer communities to guide new product development and design

Faced with layoffs, budget cuts, and a focus on near-term results, marketers are shifting budgets away from traditional to more social and interactive channels, according to a new report from Forrester Research. “This shift in media consumption demands a fresh approach to activities like media planning, ad creation, and measurement,” said Forrester analyst and report author Lisa Bradner.
