Globalpark supplies its software as a fully web-based solution. All components and interfaces can be used with any standard browser without additional software having to be installed on the computers of project staff or respondents. This form of distribution, known as “software as a service“ (SAAS), offers a number of benefits. The software is available in real time, regardless of the user’s location. Employees worldwide can work on the survey project simultaneously, so there is no need for local updates and upgrades.
Range of included services
EFS Panel is client-enabled, allowing each member of the project team to use the software via a personalized access account. If staff eave the team or company during a project, access rights can be cancelled immediately, enabling reliable data security.
EFS Panel is a complete solution, comprising all functions and services, such as data hosting, updating and continuous further development of the software, maintenance and technical support. The “total cost of ownership“ – crucial for determining economic viability – is easy to calculate using this model. All costs for setup, maintenance and operation are included in the quoted price.

Our project managers are available to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services in setting up and configuring EFS Panel. Thanks to their administrative and technical expertise, they ensure a consistently high quality at each stage of software setup and are supported by a team of programmers, application developers and web designers able to turn virtually any customer requirement into reality. Globalpark also has a comprehensive range of services for EFS Panel. Our trainers hold individual and group training courses at Globalpark or on site at the customer’s premises. Our support team staff also serve the project team by providing a technical consultation service by e-mail or telephone – if required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Once EFS Panel has been set up and configured, all areas of the software can be managed by the customers themselves. Globalpark, a pioneer in the online feedback industry, now has the largest team of specialist technical staff for online surveys in Europe. Our customers also benefit from a comprehensive range of services once the panel is in operation. This includes all kinds of services relating to the technical operation of the panel – for example, the programming and implementation of surveys, panel monitoring and maintenance or the handling of panelist support. This is provided by an expert team with a wealth of experience in supporting online panels and implementing complex survey projects.
Data protection – confidentiality and integrity
Normally, our customers decide to host software and survey data on Globalpark servers. The protection of panel data and survey results is a top priority at Globalpark. Our employees are trained and regularly updated in the proper use of sensitive external data. Their work is subject to strict confidentiality regulations applicable to market and opinion research companies. Globalpark operates within a high-performance computing center. Our server pool is reliably protected against external access by state-of-the-art security measures. Continuous availability of software throughout the project duration and the restoration of stored data are also ensured. The surveys themselves can also be protected with the SSL internet encryption protocol, which prevents third-party access to the system and to survey results. Globalpark’s data protection measures meet the most stringent requirements, a fact which has been confirmed by regular security audits carried out by our customers’ data protection officers.
