Globalpark Enterprise Feedback Suite 5.2 released


The new EFS 5.2 has been released. It contains new features and improvements on the usability of all products in the Globalpark Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS):

  • One of the key improvements is the new “drag and drop” questionnaire editor, which can be used as an alternative to the traditional questionnaire editor. It is based on AJAX technology and makes the process of editing the questionnaire structure faster and more flexible.
  • Two new standard question types are available in EFS 5.2, enabling the implementation of horizontal and vertical sliders.
  • The Content Management System of EFS Panel has been completely redesigned. It has been augmented by a wide range of functions and provides administrators with extensive intervention options. This new CMS makes the process of managing panel websites much more efficient than before.
  • EFS 5.2 now provides a download platform for Globalpark’s Human Resources products EFS Employee and EFS Leadership, which can be used to create digital results reports for participants. Moreover, external report documents can be uploaded to the EFS installation and made available on the platform for download. This makes the process of report distribution much more flexible in the long term.
  • EFS 5.2 also makes it much easier to define reports for employee surveys and multi-source feedback. Administrators can use the revised menu to make many settings themselves. A variety of new setting options makes it possible to adapt the process of downloading reports as required. Upgrading to the new release version makes it much more efficient to work with the HR software solutions.
  • As announced previously, the product portfolio has been completely renamed: As of software release 5.2, all products are being bundled in the Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS). Click here (LINK) for an overview of all the old and new product names.
  • Further improvements: Questions in questionnaire pages can now be listed in random order, and the process of setting inclusion conditions in dynamic lists has been simplified. Substantial improvements have also been made to participant administration and reporting in EFS Survey.
