Globalpark bundles products in software suite and aligns product portfolio


Hürth, Cologne, 2007/25/09. Globalpark GmbH today announces the renaming of its product portfolio. With the imminent release of version 5.2, all of the company’s products are to be known collectively as the Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS). The individual products that form part of this suite will be preceded by the abbreviation EFS. This change applies to all Globalpark software solutions.

New Globalpark product names

In future, “Surveycenter”, the web-based software for organizing and implementing online surveys, will be known as EFS Survey, while “Online Panel Site Tool (OPST)”, Globalpark’s software for managing and conducting online panels, is to be renamed EFS Panel. “Integrated Employee Feedback Platform (IEFP)”, the software platform for implementing online employee surveys and organizing follow-up processes, will be called EFS Employee in future, and “Leadership Online Feedback Tool (LOFT)”, the software for managing and implementing 360° leadership feedback, will be known as EFS Leadership.

Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS)

This alignment of the product portfolio reflects changing market requirements in the online feedback industry.
“In the past, companies and institutes mainly used survey software on an isolated, application-specific basis,” explains Dr. Lorenz Gräf, CEO of Globalpark GmbH. “Nowadays, there is a growing demand for software platforms that manage all aspects of online feedback. This is precisely what Globalpark set out to achieve when it was founded seven years ago and the company plans to intensify this approach in future.”

Each of its solutions optimizes central business processes to enable web-based collection of responses to mission-critical questions.
