EFS Leadership

The manager’s user interface

360 degree leadership assessment software

360° leadership feedback overview

Managers can follow the progress of the survey and, if required, manage the research process themselves by means of a user website with personalized access data. For example, they can either select and enter their feedback providers themselves or confirm the participants chosen by the administrator and supervisor. It is also possible to nominate feedback providers later during the evaluation process itself, if required. At the end of the survey, a personal results report is provided on the user website. In addition to these administrative processes, the person receiving the feedback can also access the self-assessment survey via the user website.

Frequently, feedback recipients also provide feedback for other employees. Via the user interface, they can view and call up the surveys in which they themselves have been invited to participate . The user interface also enables additional information to be provided, for example, on the survey process or data protection. The user website is intuitive to operate, and the interface language can be selected as required.

Administration

The EFS Leadership administration interface provides project leaders with all the functions and information they need to control the feedback process. Participant management can be used to import participant data and assign feedback recipients and providers to one another. Administrators also have control over the most important evaluation processes in this interface.

Initiation of the entire process, dispatch of invitations and reminder e-mails to participants, and the release of reports can be controlled and monitored centrally. The administrator or the individual feedback recipients can managage important functions with the administrator interface and the user websites for managers. In this way, those responsible for the process can decide whether managers should be integrated more closely in the recruitment and survey process or be relieved of this by automated procedures.

Survey creation and design

More than 25 different question types with closed or open response options are provided in EFS Leadership for creating questionnaire content. They can be inserted into questionnaire pages and flexibly combined with one another. The survey itself can be carried out in just about any language – even complex character sets such as Chinese or Cyrillic are displayed without errors. Whether layout, questions, page structure or navigation elements are involved, the survey design can be perfectly matched to the appropriate requirements. Globalpark employees usually carry out the technical preparation of the survey. However, the survey creation software is so intuitive that in-house project administrators can also handle this, if desired.

Survey management

Invitations are sent out automatically to feedback providers by e-mail. EFS Leadership has an e-mail dispatch system which can be used to control the start of the survey process as well as the number of invitations and reminders sent. The software generates a unique access link for each participant. The advantage of this is that although the survey gives no indication of the identity of the participant, an administrator can check whether feedback providers have already taken part during the survey process. This information can be viewed on the feedback recipient’s user website or in the administration console and is a basis for sending out participant reminders or subsequent nomination of additional feedback providers. The anonymity of the feedback each person gives is ensured at all times. After completing their evaluation, the feedback provider can also download a summary of their responses as a PDF or HTML document.

Results analysis & reporting

It is essential that the reporting process is automated. All results reports must be prepared as soon as possible after the end of the survey. Only automated mass generation can ensure that large quantities of reports are drawn up quickly and accurately and made available to the appropriate authorized recipient. On completion of the survey, the final reports are generated as easy-to-read, printer-friendly PDF documents in presentation quality. They are distributed automatically and contain the manager’s self-assessment compared with anonymous and aggregated assessments of various participant groups. The reports can be standardized and expanded as required to include benchmarks and historic comparisons.
