All components and interfaces can be used with any standard browser without additional software having to be installed on the computers of project staff or respondents. This form of distribution, known as software as a service (SaaS), offers a number of advantages – the software is available in real time, regardless of the user`s location. Employees worldwide can work on the survey project simultaneously, and there is no need for local updates and maintenance.
Access controlled
All products within the Enterprise Feedback Suite are client-enabled, allowing each member of the project team to use the software via a personalized access account. If staff leave the team or company during a project, access rights can be cancelled immediately, enabling reliable data security.

License types
Globalpark offers software in two license forms: self-service, and managed service. The managed service version offers the implementation of customer projects by Globalpark – programming, hosting, panel community and incentives management, and reporting of results.

Normally our customers decide to host software and survey data on Globalpark servers. The protection of employee data and survey results is a top priority at Globalpark. Our employees are trained and regularly updated in the proper use of sensitive external data. Their work is subject to the strict confidentiality regulations applicable to market and opinion research companies.
Globalpark operates within its own high-performance computing center. Our server pool is protected against external access by strict security measures. Continuous availability of software and the restoration of stored data are also ensured.
The SSL Internet encryption protocol protects the surveys by preventing third-party access to the system. Globalpark`s data protection measures meet the most stringent requirements, a fact which is confirmed by regular security audits carried out by our clients` data protection officers.
