What's New in EFS Leadership 7.0

The primary change specific to EFS Leadership 7.0 is the back-end of the participant administration, and the internal reporting capabilities. Both have the option to be automated.

New Layout in Feedback Center

The layout of the default feedback center has been overhauled. The templates are now completely CSS based, i.e. it is easier to edit and change the layout.

Bulk Editing in Participant Administration

In the participant pool of multi-source feedbacks, you can find the familiar „Bulk editing“. It allows to change the master data of several participants at once.

New Interface with Export Handling

New administration interface with export function added to the participant menu. Now you can export the result of a custom search, maybe to export a phone call list from a part of the participants pool.

Response Rate Statistic

In EFS 7.0 the multi-source feedback platform can make use of a standard module for presenting response rates by rater group.
