What's new in EFS 7.0

The themes for EFS 7.0 updates center on community, respondent engagement, quality, and performance.

Add community to the mix

Community components can turn a traditional research panel into a platform for observational research, online ethnography and collaborative product innovation.

New features include: display profile, blog, post multimedia files, chat, bulletin board, forum, panelist rating and display online members.

Capture and engage respondents

7.0 makes it easier to include several new Flash question types, and also helps engage specific profiles through integrated international SMS abilities for the Mobile set, and accommodations for visually impaired participants.

Ensure quality of respondents, results

A number of additional quality assurance features have been added, including: automated duplicates checking, panel tracking and on-demand integration with RelevantID, the market leader in digital watermarking and fingerprinting techniques, to ensure your respondents are who they say they are.

Happier, and more productive, users

With 7.0, numerous time-consuming procedures have been improved or automated.

For example, new copy, import and export functions are 8-times faster, and the message set is now available in 29 languages for multilingual surveys. Scalability has been improved to allow an unlimited amount of variables per survey, without having to split them into several projects.

Other improvements include an increased amount of master data per installation, and notably better performance for panels with hundreds-of-thousands of members.
