Leading global financial services company uses Globalpark software to gather online feedback

Citi chooses Globalpark’s Enterprise Feedback Suite for Global Customer Experience Management


London, United Kingdom – June 26th, 2008 – Globalpark UK Ltd. today announced that Citigroup has chosen Globalpark’s Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS) to gather online feedback from their business customers worldwide. This alliance further demonstrates Globalpark’s ongoing strategy to supply the global market with leading edge Customer Experience Management software and services.

The global finance services provider selected Globalpark’s premium online research software EFS Survey for this task, replacing several other solutions in the company.
